Pest Control Services for CFS Head Start Facilities

The Center for Family Services (CFS) Head Start is seeking proposals for professional pest control services. This includes the control and removal of a wide range of pests such as rats, mice, roaches, bed bugs, ants, spiders, and more, at various CFS Head Start facilities and their immediate exterior surroundings. The scope of work also includes routine inspections and treatments for eradication and prevention, with a requirement for prompt response to service calls within an eight-hour period for infestation control. The agreement will cover a 12-month period, from August 1st, 2026, to July 31st, 2027, with the possibility of adding or removing locations. All services must comply with the manufacturer's instructions and be approved by the NJ Environmental Protection Agency. Pesticides will not be used while children are present or during classroom activities, and chemicals will not be stored on-site. Proof of service completion, including the date, must be recorded on-site.
