Building Trades Building Materials

The Orleans/Niagara Board of Cooperative Educational Services (BOCES) is soliciting bids for building trades building materials. This is a term contract expected to run from June 11, 2026, to December 11, 2026. The successful bidder will be required to keep prices firm for 180 days after the notice of bid award. The solicitation includes a wide variety of materials such as concrete blocks, lime, sand, bricks, various types of siding, drip edges, soffits, fasteners including nails, screws, and staples, adhesives, lumber including boards and sheet goods, hardware like hinges and latches, paint and finishing supplies, abrasives, drywall, tiling supplies, and related tools. Vendors are instructed to provide legible bids, with only one submission per vendor accepted, and no back-to-back submissions will be considered.
