County Road Paving Project

Elbert County is soliciting bids for a road paving project that involves resurfacing approximately 3.53 miles of county roads. The scope of work includes patching existing pavement and applying recycled asphaltic concrete. Specific roads mentioned for resurfacing are Ernest Brown Road (including full depth reclamation for approximately 1.15 miles), Limo Road, and Owens Road.
