New Jersey E-ZPass Merchant Services

The New Jersey Turnpike Authority (NJTA), acting as the lead agency for the New Jersey E-ZPass Group, is soliciting proposals for comprehensive merchant services. This includes payment processing, revenue settlement, and integration services for the New Jersey E-ZPass Program, the New Jersey E-ZPass Toll Enforcement Payment Processing Program, and the New Jersey E-ZPass Group Payment Processing Programs. The scope of services encompasses facilitating payments from various providers, including credit card and ACH, as well as supporting Instant Payment, Digital Wallets, and Mobile Wallets. The selected contractor will also be responsible for payment tokenization and secure third-party storage of payment processing data. Proposals are due by 5:00 PM ET on Thursday, May 28, 2026, submitted electronically through the Bid Express platform. A proposal security of $5,000 is required, and a Consent of Surety or Certificate of Bank must also be submitted.
