Interior and Exterior Painting Services for Residential Property

The Capital District DDSO is seeking bids for interior and exterior painting services for a residential property located at 65 Worth Road, Gansevoort, NY. The scope of work includes painting approximately 2400 sq ft of interior space, including walls, ceilings, doors, and trim, as well as the entire exterior of the house, including decks, railings, and ramps. All bidders are required to attend a mandatory site visit prior to submitting a quote. Quotes must be submitted by 2:30 p.m. on June 10, 2026, and must include a detailed breakdown of materials and labor costs. This is a New York State Public Works Project, and prevailing wages must be paid. Contractors and subcontractors must be registered with the NYS Department of Labor.
