Masonry Restoration and Exterior Sealants for Cerro Gordo CUSD #100

This project involves masonry restoration and exterior sealant work at two school facilities within Cerro Gordo CUSD #100. At Cerro Gordo High School/Junior High School, the scope includes replacing brickwork on the NW wing, replacing steel lintels, removing brick piers at the NW entrance, replacing the sidewalk near the NW entrance, repointing specific areas of brick pilasters on the west facade, and replacing window and masonry expansion joint sealants. At Cerro Gordo Elementary School, the work will focus on replacing sealants around windows and doors and at masonry expansion joints.
