Shade Sail Fabrication and Installation

The City of Pasadena is seeking a contractor to fabricate and install three replacement four-point shade sails at La Pintoresca Park. The scope of work includes the fabrication of shade sails with specific dimensions (one 34'x34', one 34'x33', and one 24'x24'), using specified materials like Commercial Ninety Five 340 FR fabric, and ensuring UV resistance, fire retardancy, and reinforced edges. The contractor will also supply new stainless steel hardware, remove and dispose of existing shade sails, and install the new sails on existing structures. The project is subject to California Prevailing Wage Laws and requires a C-61/D03 or Class B General Building license. The contract is scheduled to start on June 1, 2026, and end on June 30, 2026.
