The Hillsborough County Aviation Authority (Authority) is issuing this Request for Proposals for Market Research and Insight Development services at Tampa International Airport. The Authority is seeking qualified respondents to provide ongoing, as-needed research services. These services will include gauging consumer sentiment and providing data-driven insights to support the Authority's strategic initiatives. The scope of services encompasses quantitative research, including survey design, execution, and analysis, as well as qualitative research, such as focus groups and in-depth interviews. A significant component of this solicitation is the on-site data collection for the Airports Council International (ACI) Airport Service Quality (ASQ) Passenger Survey program, which requires adherence to strict ACI guidelines and data collection protocols. The Authority, a self-supporting entity, manages Tampa International Airport, a major economic driver for the region. The selected provider will be responsible for delivering research findings that help the Authority improve airport operations and passenger experience. The contract will be awarded to a primary provider who demonstrates the best value to the Authority, with services provided on an on-call, as-needed basis.
