Architectural and Engineering Design Services for La Casa Domestic Violence Campus
County of Doña Ana
Dona Ana County is soliciting proposals from qualified firms for Architectural and Engineering (A&E) services for a new La Casa Domestic Violence Campus. The project aims to create a comprehensive campus for domestic violence victims, with a maximum allowable construction cost of $15,000,000. The selected Offeror will be responsible for program development, schematic design, design development, and preparation of construction documents, including stakeholder input and potential Board of County Commissioners approval. The project is expected to be completed within a twelve (12) month timeframe. Offerors must demonstrate at least five years of experience with similar projects at this budget and scale, and at least one team member must be a licensed architect in New Mexico. The proposal should detail the firm's understanding of the project, past performance, proximity to Dona Ana County, capacity, and approach to the scope of services. The RFP has been extended to June 5, 2026, at 2:00 PM local time, with questions due by May 26, 2026, at 9:00 AM. Cost is not an evaluation factor, and LEED certification is not required. The County has a site in mind, and construction administration services are required.
