Adult Excursion Transportation Services

The City of Temple City is soliciting proposals for adult excursion transportation services. The contract will cover a three-year term, beginning in July 2026 and ending on June 30, 2029, with two mutual one-year extension options. Services include providing transportation and admission to various venues in Southern California such as museums, casinos, gardens, theaters, and restaurants. The contractor will be responsible for all necessary personnel, materials, equipment, transportation, and safety apparatus. Newer coach buses (2018 or newer) with a minimum 47-passenger capacity, restroom facilities, and air conditioning are preferred. The contractor must also be able to provide mini-buses (21-26 passengers) or buses with wheelchair lifts as needed. Drivers must possess valid California licenses with appropriate endorsements and demonstrate excellent customer service, particularly with older adults. The contractor is responsible for all maintenance, fuel, and repairs, and must have standby buses and drivers available to ensure no transportation failures.
