Public Hearing on Zoning Amendment for Low-Impact Offices

The Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider a proposal to amend zoning regulations. The amendment seeks to add a conditional use to the R-3 Residential District, allowing for low-impact office and administrative facilities, and to introduce a definition for this type of use.
