Tennis and Pickleball Court Conversion Project

The City of North Miami, Florida is seeking bids from qualified contractors for the Tennis and Pickleball Conversion Project at the Griffing Community Center. This project involves converting twelve concrete shuffleboard courts and a portion of a parking lot into one permanent tennis court, and converting ten concrete shuffleboard courts into two permanent pickleball courts. The scope includes removal of existing courts, paving, installation of net posts and anchors, perimeter fencing, and the application of acrylic resurfacing and painting systems to meet USTA and USA Pickleball specifications. The project also requires the installation of new net posts and nets for both tennis and pickleball courts. The bid submittal deadline has been extended to June 10, 2026, and the deadline for questions is May 15, 2026.
