Airport Consulting Services: Planning, Design, Construction, and Remote-Digital Tower

The Glynn County Airport Commission is requesting Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms for airport consulting services. These services encompass planning, environmental, design, and construction administration for the Airport Capital Improvement Plan at the Brunswick Golden Isles and St. Simons Island Airports. Firms must be prequalified with the GDOT in Area Classes 1.08 Airport Master Planning, 2.09a Airport Design-civil, 2.09b Airport Design-electrical, and 8.02 Airport Construction Administration and Observation. Additionally, the Commission is considering a new project to design, build, and install a remote-digital tower to serve both BQK and SSI airports, and firms are requested to add this project, "Design and Install Remote-Digital Tower for BQK/SSI," to their qualification statements. Statements of Qualifications must be submitted via mail or in person, sealed and clearly marked "Airport Consulting Engineering Services" on the outside of the envelope. The deadline for submission is June 5, 2026, at 2:00 PM. This is a request for qualifications only, not a priced proposal.
