The Military Sealift Command (MSC) is conducting market research to gather information on the price and availability of U.S. and foreign flag, self-sustaining offshore support vessels (OSVs). The requirement is for vessels with a minimum of 5,000 square feet of open deck space and a minimum 25-ton capacity crane. The charter period is approximately 365 days, with delivery and redelivery to Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. Respondents are requested to propose a 10-day layday window between September 1st and September 30th, 2026, or an earlier date if available. The maximum laden draft is 5 meters (16.4 feet).
