Head Start Lunch Services in Mitchell, SD

South Central Child Development, Inc. is soliciting competitive bids for lunch services for their Head Start site located in Mitchell, South Dakota. The contract is expected to run from August 24, 2026, through May 6, 2027. The vendor will be responsible for providing approximately 60 lunch meals daily, Monday through Thursday, meeting the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) meal pattern requirements for children aged 3-5 and for adults. All questions regarding this request for proposal must be submitted to the agency by noon on Friday, June 12, 2026, with written responses to be issued by June 19, 2026. Bids will be accepted until noon on Friday, July 17, 2026. South Central Child Development, Inc. reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
