FCI Ray Brook Food Service Subsistence

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for various subsistence items to be delivered to the Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) Ray Brook, New York. The solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) and is set aside for small business concerns. Awards will be made to responsible quoters whose offers conform to the requirements and provide the best value to the government, considering price and past performance. Past performance will be evaluated on a Go/No-Go basis, assessing timeliness of deliveries and order accuracy. Delivery is expected within 30 days After Receipt of Order (ARO), with deliveries scheduled between July 1, 2026, and July 30, 2026, between 6:00 AM and 1:30 PM EST, excluding Fridays and weekends. Items requiring Kosher and/or Halal certifications must include current and valid documentation at the time of quote submission.
