The project also requires containment measures to manage dust, debris, and waste materials, particularly concerning lead, chromium, and cadmium-based paints found on the bridge's steel structures. A mandatory pre-bid meeting and site visit will be held on Thursday, May 21st, at 1:00 p.m. at the project site. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Multco Marketplace Supplier Network by June 10th, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. PDT. Prequalification with ODOT in the Painting Bridges and Buildings class of work is required.
