Financial Accountant / IPSAS SME for HQ SACT

Headquarters, Supreme Allied Commander Transformation (HQ SACT) is seeking an on-site expert financial accountant to provide specialized services. The role involves ensuring accurate and timely accounting operations, supporting the implementation and training for International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS), assisting with centralized accounting strategy and system upgrade activities, and preparing consolidated annual financial statements for Allied Command Transformation (ACT). The contract is for a Firm Fixed Price Level of Effort service contract, with performance beginning upon award and continuing through December 31, 2026, with one 12-month option period. The services will be performed on-site at HQ SACT in Norfolk, Virginia.
