Golf Cars, Utility Vehicles, and First Responder Mini Ambulance Rental

The United States Secret Service (USSS) requires the rental of gas-powered golf cars, utility vehicles, and a first responder mini ambulance for use during protective operations. The rental is on an "as needed" basis, with varying durations. The specific items required include 29 two-passenger golf cars, 8 four-passenger golf cars, 6 Carryall 700 utility vehicles (with a fixed 42x32 bed), and 1 first responder mini ambulance (with 3 total seats, a stretcher capability, and a cot deck measuring 7'L x 2.5'W). All vehicles must have hard canopy tops, be white, black, or gray in color, and have gray or neutral-colored seats. They must also be capable of a minimum speed of 17 MPH, have a fold-down windshield, a placard/tournament sign holder, and be gas-powered with functioning battery indicators. The mini ambulance must have a cot deck outfitted with a spine board and D-rings. All items must be in excellent condition, clean, and fully functional. The contractor will be "on-call" during the rental period and pricing must include delivery and pickup services, which can occur any day of the week with advance notice.
