UNH Dining and Catering Services Coffee Program

The University System of New Hampshire (USNH), on behalf of the University of New Hampshire Dining and Catering Services, is requesting proposals for the supply of coffee and coffee-related items. Additionally, USNH is seeking proposals for the leasing or rental of coffee brewing and serving equipment. Firms can choose to propose for supplying coffee and related items only, or for both coffee supplies and equipment leasing. The selected firm(s) will be expected to provide attentive client service, competitive pricing, high-quality products, and maintain appropriate coffee brewing and serving equipment if applicable. They will also be responsible for ensuring adequate delivery frequency, providing coffee expertise and training, and furnishing all necessary items and labor. The overall goals of this RFP include developing a strategic partnership, achieving financial cost savings, improving customer service levels, and identifying efficiencies. The estimated annual usage for this contract is approximately $60,000, though this is an estimate and not a guarantee of future volume.
