Herbicide, Surfactant, and Dye Supplies for Noxious Weed Control

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Montana State Office, is issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) for herbicide, surfactants, and marking dyes to be used for treating noxious weeds. This acquisition is being conducted as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside and will result in a Firm Fixed Priced (FFP) single award purchase order under simplified acquisition procedures. The solicitation includes a detailed Schedule of Items listing specific products such as Tordon 22K, 2,4-D Amine, Milestone, Chaparral, Escort, Liberate, Copperhead, Rejuvra, Non-Ionic Surfactant, Blue Dye, and SensiPro. The delivery is to the BLM Lewistown Field Office located at 920 NE Main Street, Lewistown, Montana 59457. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and provide a complete quote package including the Standard Form 18, Schedule of Items, and any required amendments. All questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted in writing to the Contract Specialist via email no later than seven (7) calendar days prior to the closing date.
