STAT and Esoteric Lab Testing Services

The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to issue a Firm-Fixed-Price Service Contract to CentraCare Laboratories for STAT and esoteric medical lab testing services for the St. Cloud VA Health Care System. This contract will be for a 1-year period, with no options. The contractor must be located within a 10-mile radius of the St. Cloud VA Medical Center and be capable of providing these services on an as-needed basis, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The contractor and its employees must possess all necessary licenses, permits, accreditations, and professional certifications required by federal and state law to provide these laboratory testing and consulting services. This includes accreditation by the College of American Pathologists (CAP), Joint Commission, CLIA, or an equivalent body. A detailed list of required lab tests is provided in Attachment A.
