Provo City 2026-27 Annual Action Plan Public Comment Period

Provo City Corporation, as the Lead Entity for the Utah Valley HOME Consortium, is preparing its 2026-27 Annual Action Plan (AAP), which is the second year of the 2025-29 Consolidated Plan. This plan outlines the community's needs and proposed uses for funds from the HOME Investment Partnership Program (HOME) and the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program, as provided by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The draft of the 2026-27 Annual Action Plan is open for public comment from April 14, 2026, to June 9, 2026. Citizens, partner agencies, and interested parties are encouraged to provide input. Two public hearings will be held to discuss the draft plan and proposed activities for the HOME and CDBG programs. These hearings are scheduled for Tuesday, April 28, 2026, and Tuesday, June 9, 2026, both starting at 5:30 p.m. They will take place in person at the Council Chambers, 445 West Center Street, Provo, UT 84601.
