East Thach Residence Hall Construction

Auburn University is soliciting bids for the construction of the East Thach Residence Hall, a new six-story building located at the corner of Thach Avenue and Gay Street. The 180,000 square foot residence hall will accommodate approximately 690 beds and include amenities such as study rooms, laundry facilities, mail facilities, and a storm shelter. The exterior will feature a combination of brick, precast, metal panel, and curtainwall/storefront materials. Prequalification is required for all bidders, with applications available on the Auburn University Public Works Bid Calendar. A pre-bid conference is scheduled for April 29, 2026.
