The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Weapons Support is conducting market research to identify capable sources for REGULATOR, OXYGEN, NSN 1660-009271996. This item has a Qualified Products List/Qualified Manufacturers List (QPL/QML) requirement, specifically QPL-7605, with AVOX SYSTEM (53655) being the approved source. The DLA intends to determine the procurement method based on the responses to this Sources Sought Notice, which may result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 336413. Interested parties capable of performing this requirement are requested to submit their organization's name, address, contact information, ownership type, and a tailored capability statement with supporting documentation. If subcontracting or teaming is anticipated, the administrative and management structure for such arrangements should be detailed. The DLA will evaluate market information to assess the potential capacity for providing services consistent with the scope and scale of the requirement, securing necessary resources, implementing a successful project management plan, and performing under a performance-based service acquisition contract.
