Conference Center Private Development Partner

The City of Medford is soliciting qualifications and proposals from private development partners for a conference center project. The complete Request for Qualifications & Proposals (RFQ/P) document is available through BidNet. Responses are due by 4:00 P.M., PDT, on June 18, 2026. Late submissions will be rejected, and it is the respondent's responsibility to ensure timely submission. The City reserves the right to reject any and all qualifications that do not comply with public bidding procedures and requirements.
