Elevator Maintenance and Repair Services for Capitol Complex

The Iowa Department of Administrative Services (DAS), Capitol Complex Maintenance (CCM), is soliciting proposals for comprehensive elevator maintenance and repair services for the Capitol Complex and other State facilities within the Des Moines metropolitan area. The selected respondent will be responsible for all elevator equipment and associated components, including routine and preventative maintenance, inspections, testing, adjustments, troubleshooting, and repair or replacement of parts to ensure safe and reliable operation. The scope of work includes ensuring preventative maintenance, timely corrective repairs with a 24/7 service availability, compliance with all applicable codes and safety regulations, and maintaining parts availability. The services are required for a variety of elevator types, including passenger and freight elevators, and encompass all aspects of their operation and upkeep.
