Water and Wastewater Treatment Plant Chemicals

The United States of America is soliciting bids for water and wastewater treatment plant chemicals. All drinking water and wastewater chemicals must be NSF 60 certified where applicable. Deliveries of sodium hypochlorite must include a surcharge per milk run to various remote well sites. Bidders may be required to provide a one-liter sample of their product for testing and evaluation by the City, with the specimen testing period ending April 1, 2025. Deliveries will be shipped Free on Board (FOB) destination to all City facilities, and delivery trucks must be equipped with compressed air for unloading, a lift gate, and be capable of transporting the full specified quantity in a single load. Shipments will be received on weekdays between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m., unless otherwise approved by the plant supervisor. Bidders must bid on all items, and the award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
