Weapons Storage Shelving and Racks

This solicitation is for the delivery and installation of modular weapons storage solutions for the 647th Security Forces Squadron. The requirement includes one additional adjustable row of six shelves and a stand-alone rack. Specific capacities are needed for M240s (seven each), M249s (twelve each), M110s (four), and M2s (four). The order includes five weapon racks measuring 89 1/2" high x 42 3/8" long x 16 5/8" wide with lockable doors. A mobile shelving unit, 10' 7 1/8" long x 33 1/4" wide, must fit existing rolling tracks, which will require an extension of 33 1/4". The stand-alone rack must be 61 3/8" high x 42 3/8" long x 16 5/8" wide, also with lockable doors. All racks must comply with DoD M-5100.76_AFMAN31-101 Volume 2 for the physical security of arms and ammunition. This is a brand name solicitation for SpaceSaver Storage Systems Inc. systems, as the available space only supports modular configurations with existing systems.
