Community Resilience Hub Planning and Engagement Services

The City of Tucson has been awarded a grant from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) under the Regional Catastrophic Preparedness Grant Program (RCPGP) to enhance community resilience. This initiative aims to understand and address the risks, capabilities, and needs of historically disinvested communities through community-driven engagement, assessment, and planning. This Request for Proposal (RFP) seeks a third-party contractor to support the City of Tucson in this effort. The contractor will be responsible for community engagement, facilitating workshops, and developing a final report and plan for creating flexible and scalable resiliency hub networks. The project emphasizes collaboration with community-based organizations, climate experts, and emergency managers to ensure a comprehensive and inclusive approach.
