Village of Plainfield 2026 Non-MFT Street Program

The Village of Plainfield, Illinois is soliciting bids for the 2026 Non-MFT Street Program. This project involves approximately 128,750 square yards of roadway resurfacing, including HMA surface removal, leveling binder, surface course, and spot patching. Additionally, the scope includes the removal and replacement of curb and gutter, as well as sidewalk removal and replacement, including ADA sidewalk ramp replacements and other miscellaneous items. Bids must be submitted electronically through QuestCDN.com by 10:00 AM on May 20th, 2026. Prospective bidders are required to purchase contract documents through QuestCDN (Project Number 10181066). Bidders must also be prequalified by IDOT and comply with Illinois wage laws. A bid bond of at least five percent (5%) of the bid amount is required, along with payment and performance bonds each for 100% of the contract amount.
