The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) is communicating remaining Engineering, Professional, and Administrative Support Services (EPASS) Round 3 and Round 4 Fair Opportunity Competition (FOC) opportunities. The EPASS Program Office acquires Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) for AFLCMC, HQ AFMC, and AFIT. To be eligible for task order awards, prospective prime offerors must be within the GSA OASIS+ Small Business IDIQ domain and meet specified NAICS requirements. Information for each FOC, including Fair Opportunity Proposal Requests (FOPRs), is available on ebuy.gsa.gov. EPASS is a 100% small business set-aside program, committed to maximizing opportunities for small businesses. As of April 24, 2025, EPASS will no longer require contractors to recertify Small Business (SB) Size status at the task order level for awards against the GSA OASIS+ Small Business IDIQ.
