MHMR of Tarrant County is establishing a time and materials agreement with multiple qualified electrical contractors to provide as-needed electrical services for their facilities. This includes troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing electrical system issues, installing and repairing electrical circuits, fixtures, and lighting, as well as handling high and low voltage conductors, transformers, and underground wiring. Contractors will also be responsible for upgrading electrical service equipment, replacing fuses and protection devices, and responding to electrical power outages and emergencies. Contractors must hold a valid Texas Commercial Electrical License and have at least five years of documented commercial electrical service experience. They must also be capable of providing 24/7 emergency services and comply with all MHMR facility rules and safety protocols. A Master Electrician or Journeyman Electrician must supervise all work, and all personnel must wear visible MHMR-issued identification badges while on property. All work is warranted for a minimum of one year from final acceptance.
