Missouri River Water Resource Recovery Facility Roof Replacement

The City of Omaha is soliciting bids for a roofing project at the Missouri River Water Resource Recovery Facility. The scope of work includes the removal of the existing TPO roofing membrane, replacement of any damaged insulation, installation of 1/2" protection board, and the installation of a new TPO Roofing Membrane System. This project will cover the entirety of the administration building roof and the operations building roof. Bidders must possess a "Class A or B" City of Omaha General Contractor's License and comply with all Nebraska statutory requirements for doing business in the state. The City of Omaha has a Small & Emerging Small Business (SEB) reserve for this bid, and non-registered SEB bidders will only be considered if no bids from SEB authorized bidders are received. A bid bond or acceptable substitute is required, with the original document due within seven calendar days of the closing date.
