Description

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is conducting a sources sought notice-market survey to determine the interest and capability of vendors for a possible upcoming project for the Wild Horse and Burro Program (WHBP). Offerors must demonstrate the capability to provide all necessary labor, equipment, materials, facilities, and supervision to perform core functions at their designated sites. Core functions include establishing and maintaining a free-roaming pasture environment suitable for excess wild horses, and submitting a proposed capacity for the number of wild horses their operation and pastures can sustain in good condition, based on adequate supply of forage, water, and shelter. The proposed number must fall within the BLM's capacity range of 200 to 10,000 animals. Interested Offerors must be able to perform work during day and evening hours.
