Wyoming Honor Farm Security Surveillance System Upgrade

This project involves a comprehensive upgrade of the Wyoming Honor Farm's video surveillance system. The scope of work includes all necessary labor, materials, equipment, programming, licensing, and installation services to modernize the facility's security infrastructure. Bids must be submitted through the Public Purchase online bidding system by 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time on May 15, 2026. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on April 27, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. MT at 40 Honor Farm Rd, Riverton, WY 82501. Questions regarding the bid must be submitted via the Public Purchase website by 3:00 p.m. MT on May 1, 2026. For bids exceeding $150,000, a 10% bid deposit is required, which can be in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check. Electronic bid bonds via Surety 2000 are also accepted. Physical bid deposits must be received by the Wyoming State Construction Department Procurement Office in Cheyenne by the bid deadline.
