Transcreation and Inclusive Community Support Services

Pierce County is seeking qualified vendors to provide transcreation and inclusive communications support services to ensure equitable access to government programs, services, and civic engagement. These services aim to make County communications culturally responsive, linguistically accurate, and accessible to diverse communities, including those with limited English proficiency, multilingual residents, and individuals with varying literacy or communication needs. The RFQ aims to establish a pool of contractors for developing, reviewing, adapting, and enhancing County communications across various formats and departments. The initial term of performance is expected to end on December 31, 2027, with the potential for four additional 1-year renewal terms. The estimated maximum value for the initial term is $100,000.
