This is a rolling proposal, meaning responses will be evaluated and awarded throughout its term, with the final date to respond for award consideration being March 8, 2027. The effective period for awarded contracts will be from the date of award through July 1, 2027. Examples of categories include AC/Heating, Automotive/Vehicle, Chemical Laboratory Services, Document Shredding, Equipment Maintenance, Laundry and Dry-Cleaning, Plumbing Supplies, Roofing, and Steel Products. Services may be associated with various trades such as Construction, Electrical, Carpentry, Air Conditioning and Heating, Plumbing, Roofing, and Mechanical. All proposals must be submitted electronically through the district's online bidding system at https://humbleisd.ionwave.net/. Vendors are responsible for checking the website for questions and answers, as no verbal questions will be answered. Additional requirements include completing and submitting specific forms such as the Certificate of Interested Parties (Form 1295), Pre-Employment or Pre-Service Affidavit, Asbestos Short Term Worker Notification, and a W9 form.
