NCMA Hanes House Gallery and Grounds Renovation Subcontractor Prequalification

The Christman Company, acting as Construction Manager at Risk (CM@Risk), is seeking to pre-qualify subcontractors for the North Carolina Museum of Art's Hanes House Gallery and Grounds Renovation project in Winston-Salem, NC. This comprehensive project involves approximately 112,795 square feet of renovation and expansion. Key aspects include architectural and structural element upgrades, enhancements to mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems, rework of civil and utility connections, and improvements to landscaping and the building envelope.
