2025 Mesquite Streets Improvement Project

The City of Mesquite is soliciting bids for the 2025 Mesquite Streets Improvement Project. This project involves the installation of sidewalks, curb and gutter, street lights, aggregate base, and asphaltic pavement, along with minor roadway improvements. The project is located within Mesquite, Clark County, Nevada, and is expected to be completed within 180 calendar days after the notice to proceed. All bids must be submitted through the Nevada Gov eMarketplace (NGEM) system by Tuesday, June 2, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. local time. Bids will be publicly opened on the same date and time at Mesquite City Hall. A pre-bid conference is scheduled for Tuesday, May 12, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. local time at Mesquite City Hall. Questions regarding the project are due by Tuesday, May 26, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. and must be submitted through the NGEM system.
