Roofing Materials, Supplies, Equipment, and Services

The Educational Purchasing Interlocal Cooperative at Region 6 (EPIC6) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) for Roofing Materials, Supplies, Equipment, and Services. This is an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) solicitation intended for use by EPIC6 members, providing them access to competitively awarded agreements with high-performance vendors. The scope includes any goods or non-construction services related to roofing, such as asphalt shingles, metal roofing, slate, flashings, adhesives, underlayment, roofing nails, and gutters. EPIC6 aims to contract with reliable vendors who can supply these products and services to public agencies and certain non-profit organizations on an "as needed" basis. Awards will be made to responsive and responsible proposals that achieve a minimum score of 70 points, based on factors including price, availability, and delivery. EPIC6 reserves the right to award to multiple vendors and to extend the contract pricing and terms to all current and future members. The agreements will be for five years with an annual option for renewal.
