Sale of Used Oil at Fort Bragg, NC

This Invitation for Bid (IFB) is for the sale of approximately 180,000 gallons of used oil, classified as non-RCRA/DOT non-regulated liquid material. The sale is conducted in accordance with the RCRA exemption found at 40 CFR 279, Standards for the Management of Used Oil. Purchasers must demonstrate the ability to comply with all local, state, and federal laws governing the use and management of used oil. The used oil may contain contamination such as water, dirt, or metal shavings. The sale is for a firm fixed-price contract, with bids expressed in U.S. dollars per gallon. Removal of the oil will occur Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 1:00 PM local time at Fort Bragg, NC, excluding federal holidays. Inspection is recommended and by appointment only, with 72-hour notice required.
