VAV Repair and Coil Cleaning Services at Shaw AFB

This solicitation is for the repair of Variable Air Volume (VAV) units and the cleaning of their coils and airway passages in Building 1122 at Shaw Air Force Base, SC. The objective is to restore airflow to original design specifications. The period of performance is not to exceed 60 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed is issued. The estimated value for this requirement is between $100,000 and $250,000. This requirement is a 100% Small Business Set Aside for NAICS code 238220. A mandatory site visit for prime contractors competing for award is scheduled for Tuesday, March 31, 2026, at 10:00 AM local EST, at Building 1122, 1122 Rhodes Ave, Shaw AFB, SC 29152. Installation access requests must be submitted to kishauna.goodman@us.af.mil and mallory.cary@us.af.mil no later than Tuesday, March 24, 2026. Escorts will not be provided. All questions are due by Tuesday, April 7, 2026, at 2:00 PM local EST, and should be submitted to Lt. Mallory Cary at mallory.cary@us.af.mil and Ms. Kishauna Goodman at kishauna.goodman@us.af.mil. Electronic bids are due by Monday, June 1, 2026, at 2:00 PM local EST, through the PIEE system on SAM.gov. Bids may be accepted via email to mallory.cary@us.af.mil or kishauna.goodman@us.af.mil only if SAM.gov submission attempts are unsuccessful and prior coordination is made. Bid opening is scheduled for Tuesday, June 2, 2026, at 10:00 AM local EST, in the 20th Contracting Squadron, 321 Cullen Street, Building 216, 2nd Floor Conference Room 219.
