Integrated Utility Management and Engineering Services

Sierra Park Water Company, Inc. (SPWC), a Class D small water utility in Tuolumne County, California, is seeking a contracted entity to provide integrated utility management, operations services, and/or on-call engineering services. The selected entity will oversee the management and operation of the utility, including future capital improvements. Services may include executive management, financial management, billing and customer service, administration and compliance, and capital improvement planning and grant administration. Operations services include routine inspections, treatment and distribution management, maintenance, compliance sampling and reporting, and 24/7 emergency response. On-call engineering services include updating the condition assessment, developing a capital improvement plan, identifying funding sources, hydraulic modeling, system evaluation, environmental review, permit coordination, design, and construction management support.
