Solar Photovoltaic and Energy Storage System Construction

Jackson County Fire District No. 1 is soliciting proposals from qualified firms for the construction of a Solar Photovoltaic (PV) and Energy Storage System. This project encompasses all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and services to ensure a complete and operational system. The Request for Proposals (RFP) will be available starting Wednesday, May 13, 2026. Interested parties can access the published RFP at rogueriverfd.com and oregonbuys.gov. Proposals are due no later than June 5, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. Pacific Time. Jackson County Fire District 1 reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive informalities, and award in accordance with Oregon Public Contracting Law.
