Professional Services Consultant Roster (2026-2028)

The City of Sedalia, Missouri is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms to establish a professional services consultant roster. This roster will include engineers, architects, landscape architects, land surveyors, and construction managers. The selected firms will be utilized for projects with an estimated professional services fee of $200,000 or less during the calendar years 2026 through 2028. Projects exceeding this value will be advertised individually. The City of Sedalia reserves the right to request additional information, interview firms, or re-advertise for specific projects if it is deemed to be in the city's best interest. Firms will be evaluated using the Qualifications-Based-Selection (QBS) process.
