Application for Recordable Disclaimer of Interest in Lands, Lake County, South Dakota

This land is located in Lot 4, Section 15, Township 106 North, Range 53 West of the Fifth Principal Meridian. The application requests the United States to disclaim any interest in this unplatted peninsula, which includes a 1.8-acre portion between the original meander lines and the original high-water mark on Lake Herman. This notice serves to inform the public of the pending application and the BLM's intent to grant the RDI, opening a public comment period. Comments submitted will be made publicly available.
