Occupational Medical Services for CCRTA Employees

The Corpus Christi Regional Transportation Authority (CCRTA) is soliciting proposals from qualified occupational health providers and/or drug testing collection facilities to supply occupational medical services for CCRTA's employees. Services will be provided on an as-needed basis under a three-year contract. This contract supports CCRTA's comprehensive Drug and Alcohol Testing Program, which adheres to Federal Transit Administration (FTA) and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations (49 CFR Part 40 and 49 CFR Part 655). Testing will encompass monthly random drug and alcohol screenings, as well as pre-employment, post-accident, reasonable suspicion, return-to-duty, and follow-up testing as required by regulations. The selected contractor will be responsible for providing occupational medical services, drug and alcohol testing, and DOT and Non-DOT physical examination services. All services must be in full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and CCRTA requirements, including FTA and DOT regulations, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), state workers' compensation laws, and other relevant federal, state, and local laws and CCRTA policies.
