Shellfish Propagation Equipment for Town of Chatham

The Town of Chatham, Massachusetts is seeking bids for shellfish propagation equipment to be delivered to 90 Bridge Street or another location within the Town of Chatham. The required equipment includes FRP seawater intakes, intake hoses, clam raceways, upweller tanks, and silos. Bids will be accepted on a lump sum and unit price basis. Suppliers must be able to place orders prior to June 30, 2026. All questions regarding the bid documents must be submitted in writing to Daniel Robbins at GEI Consultants, Inc. by email to drobbins@geiconsultants.com by 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 1, 2026. Bids are due by 2:00 p.m. local time on Tuesday, June 11, 2026, and will be publicly opened and read at that time. Award will be based on the base bid, reference checks, and the ability to place the order by the specified date.
