Vending Machine Services for Arapahoe County Facilities

Arapahoe County is soliciting proposals for comprehensive, turn-key vending services to be provided at multiple county facilities. The selected contractor will be responsible for the delivery, installation, operation, and ongoing management of modern, energy-efficient vending equipment. This includes supplying and maintaining a diverse inventory of high-quality snacks and beverages, with a specific requirement that at least 50% of products offered are healthy, low-sugar, or low-fat alternatives. The contractor must ensure all products are fresh and machines are regularly stocked to meet customer demand. Services also encompass routine cleaning, sanitation, and maintenance of all vending machines to ensure proper operation and cleanliness. The contractor must support and manage cashless payment systems, including credit/debit and mobile payment options, and provide technical service and repairs within a 24-hour response time. Transparent monthly sales reports and commission payments to the County are also required. All services must comply with applicable local, state, and federal health, safety, and ADA accessibility standards.
